This website is operated by Hazée Atelier. In these terms and conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hazée Atelier. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including but not limited to visitors, customers, vendors, and content contributors. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully before using our services or products.

Article 2 – Use of the website

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any applicable laws or regulations.

All prices on our website are shown in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products or services at any time without prior notice.

In addition, we may make changes to our product range, our services or the content of the website without prior notice. We are not liable for any consequences of price changes or the discontinuation of products or services.

Article 5 – Product information and availability

We do our utmost to describe all products and services as completely and accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current or error-free. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from reality, including due to screen settings.

Products may be in limited stock and we reserve the right to change availability without prior notice. If an ordered item is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the product is in its original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original labels and packaging.

The costs for return shipment are for your own account. We advise to provide returns with a track & trace code. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt via info@hazeeatelier.com . For more details, please refer to our full returns policy .

Article 7 – Privacy and data protection

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. Your data will only be used to process orders and improve our services, and will never be shared with third parties without your permission, unless required by law.

Hazée Atelier is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or the purchased products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
