Returns

We hope you are happy with your order. Still not completely satisfied? No problem, you can register your order for return in writing within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Terms and Conditions
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged, including tags and packaging.

How to return?
Send an email to info@hazeeatelier.com with your order number and the reason for return. The return address will be provided by email once your return request is confirmed. We will then guide you through the next steps.

Costs & Refunds
The return costs are for your own account. We recommend to send the package insured and with track & trace.
After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Returns from the EU
The same conditions apply to orders from other EU countries. Please take into account slightly longer return times.

This returns policy has been drawn up in accordance with the European rules for the right of withdrawal for online purchases.
